Ninite looked good, integrated it with SCCM but just never really worked properly (We have a lot of 3G laptops that may not come on for months at a time) PDQ deploy and inventory fixed that, it auto deploys on a schedule and i don't have to worry about redeploying and creating collections to target old versions.
